The ability to go into any social situation & sense the level of consciousness in that situation is a gift. It enables us to move considerately in a world that holds people of all levels of awareness. However, there is a difference between shifting our energy to accommodate people & dumbing ourselves down to a regrettable degree. Sometimes, when we get into a particular social situation, we may feel pressure to play it small in order to fit in. Perhaps everyone is drinking or smoking excessively, engaging in gossipy small talk, or complaining bitterly about politics. It is one thing to notice this & modify our expectations & another thing entirely to join in.
When we notice where people are coming from & acknowledge to ourselves that their energy is not in alignment with ours, we have several choices as to how to proceed. One viable option is to quietly endure the situation, keeping to ourselves until it is time to leave. In this way, we take care of our own consciousness & protect our growth process. Another option is to interact in a way that honors & pays respect to the people in the group, while gently attempting to shift the level of consciousness with our input. In order to do this, we must maintain our own vibration, which means that joining in by dumbing down is not an option.
When we choose to dumb ourselves down to fit in, we not only sell ourselves short but we also lose a possible opportunity to influence the situation for the good of all concerned. Our desire to join in may come from our natural yearning to feel connected to the people around us. There is no shame in this, but being able to stand on our own, separate from the crowd, is a powerful milestone on any spiritual path. It can be difficult in the moment, but when we arrive on the other side, our integrity intact, we may find ourselves feeling positively smart.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY...

Cycle of Life - Learning from the Big Picture

While we are on earth we are all human beings in different phases of our lives & soul development.

As we walk through the world, the people we encounter appear so different from one another. We see babies, old men, pregnant women & teenaged boys. We know couples on the verge of marriage & lonely widows. We interact with toddlers and the terminally ill. As different as each person seems, they are all living the human experience. They are just at different places in the cycle that begins with birth & ends with death. Every phase of the cycle of life has its gifts & its challenges. Each stage is temporary & ultimately gives way to a new phase. This ephemeral quality makes each phase precious, because it will never last.
One of the wonderful qualities possessed by babies & young children is that they are unaware that a cycle of life even exists. They simply are present to wherever they happen to be right now, and they don’t give much thought to the past or future. Being around them reminds us of the joy that comes from living fully in the moment. On the opposite end of life’s cycle are our elderly role models. They are a reminder that each phase of life should be treasured. Time does pass, and we all change & grow older.
Being aware of the cycle of life & our place in it makes us wiser. As we develop a true appreciation for the phase we are in, we can savor it more. A new mother going through a difficult time with her infant can more easily embrace her challenges because she knows that her child will grow up, & she will long for this time again. Difficult & challenging periods are inevitable, but – like everything that is a part of the cycle of life – they are temporary. When we are fully engaged with life, we get to savor & grow from each phase, and we are ready for the next one when it arrives. Fully embracing wherever you are in the cycle of life is the very essence to happiness.

PAST LIFE AND LBL....

I want to leave my alcohol addiction and know about spiritual advancement

Case: A 59 years old surgeon came for PLR to leave alcohol and to get guidance for spiritual growth.
Regression: I am a man wearing Kurta Dhoti in a small village market. There is a very small cheap liquor shop. Now I reached my home. It’s a very good house. I am well off. I have a wife and a son and a daughter. I am Hindu. Its morning time I am going to my farm. I give orders to others. People respect me and I am rich. Its evening and now I am going to a liquor shop and drinking. Now going back to home. It’s a very old time period. Liquor is not of good equality.
My health is bad. My kids are married. I am nearly 75 years of age. I am bed ridden. Only my daughter is taking care of me. I died due to bad health. My body is cremated. My daughter is crying and she is very sad.
Lesson Learnt: I shouldn’t have drink alcohol. I feel sadness for my daughter.
In LBL (Life between Lives):
1) It’s very bright white peaceful and serene here.
2) My master guide light is here and guiding me-
  a) Do not trouble anyone
  b) Do not lie
  c) Be at peace
  d) You have to leave liquor yourself
  e) Try to live life spiritually
